“The system provided by InvoTech will manage our employee uniforms and track our laundry usage and expenses. Uniforms are assigned to employees in the InvoTech System and then picked up from the conveyor system. When employees arrive to work, they can use their employee ID cards to pick up their uniforms automatically from the conveyor door,” said Nenad Praporski, Hotel Manager at Fairmont Austin.

The InvoTech Uniform System provides significant cost saving benefits by cutting labor costs, eliminating losses, reducing purchases and lowering laundry expenses. The system eliminates traditional labor-intensive tasks, such as manual sorting, counting and recordkeeping to reduce operational costs.

The system at Fairmont Austin interfaces with automated uniform conveyors to distribute the uniforms to employees, and to automatically record which uniforms are taken by employees. The system also integrates Portable Handheld RFID Readers with InvoTech Mobile Software for flexibility on where uniforms can be processed.
